The ethos of laparoscopic surgery is to undertake the same operation through laparoscopic ports or ‘key holes’ rather than through a conventional big incision. This translates to lesser pain and early recovery while achieving the same results. The laparoscope has been one of the key advances in surgery, making much of minimally invasive surgery today possible.A laparoscope is a thin, fiber-optic tube that has a tiny video camera at its tip. The laparoscope is inserted through a small incision, generally but not always, in the navel, and guided to the problem area. The surgeon then inserts tiny surgical instruments through other small incisions to perform a procedure. The major benefit of laparoscopic surgery is that it only requires a few small incisions. This means less pain and external scarring and healing may be faster than traditional, open surgery.

General surgery is the treatment of injury, deformity, and disease using operative procedures.Areas of the body treated by general surgery include the stomach, liver, intestines, appendix, breasts, thyroid gland, salivary glands, some arteries and veins, and the skin. The brain, heart, eyes, and feet, to name only a few, are areas that require specialized surgical repair.
We provide treatment for abdominal pain, hernia, appendicitis,
gall bladder diseases, bowel diseases. Surgical procedures usually take two hours or less and involve minimal blood loss and a short recovery time. In the majority of surgical cases, oral medications control postoperative pain. Cataract removal, laparoscopy, tonsillectomy, repair of broken bones, hernia repair, and a wide range of cosmetic procedures are common same-day surgical procedures.
Our objective is to provide world class healthcare to our patients.
At present, some centres in India have the capability to provide the same level of treatment delivered in developed countries at a lower cost. But as in many other countries there is no uniformity or standardisation in the provision of healthcare in India.
Our aim is to provide the same level of care, following the same international guidelines by doctors with multinational training and expertise. We hope to provide consultations without the hassle of going to a hospital, in the convenience and privacy of our clinic in a patient friendly environment. Our approach is to explain the rationale of our treatment so that the patients are equal partners in their care. We will treat our patients with dignity and honesty.
