Diet which solves your overweight

This  diet  program can start any day of the week, but it is recommended on Sunday. This diet lasts for 12 days and is quite heavy but very efficiently. Taking this diet comes to major changes in the body, and the weight is not coming back for two whole years! It’s not the traditional diet but a way to initiate the body to burn fat faster and ejects the excess fluid, which contributes to the diet continue to act and after a course of 12 days. If you follow the diet properly, you can lose excess body fat and (depending on the initial weight) in the range of 7 to the incredible 44 pounds (20 kg)!

Day 1:
Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cube. Lunch – 2 hard-boiled eggs,spinach cooked in water, 1 tomato. Dinner – 1 big steak 8.1 oz (230 g), lettuce.

Day 2:
Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cube. Lunch – 1 slice of ham, 1 cup of yogurt. Dinner – 1 large steak, salad.

Day 3:
Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cubes, 1 slice of toast. Lunch – 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 slice of ham, salad. Dinner – boiled celery, 1 tomato, 1 fruit.

Day 4:
Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cubes, 1 slice of toast. Lunch – 1 liter of juice, 1 cup of yogurt. Dinner – one boiled egg, 1 grated carrot, 1 small box of fresh cheese 0.8 oz (25 g).

Day 5:
Breakfast – 1 large grated carrots with lemon. Lunch – 1 large piece of boiled fish (cod, redfish about 8.1 oz (230 g)) with lemon and butter. Dinner – 1 large steak, salad, cooked celery.

Day 6:
Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cubes, 1 slice of toast. Lunch – 2 boiled eggs, 1 large grated carrot. Dinner – half a chicken on a spit, skinless, salad.

Day 7:
Breakfast – 1 cup of tea without sugar. Lunch – Nothing. Dinner – 1 lamb cutlet, fresh fruit.

Day 8:
Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cubes, 1 slice of toast. Lunch – 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of ham, salad. Dinner – boiled celery, 1 tomato, 1 fruit.

Day 9:
Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cube. Lunch – 1 large slice of ham, 1 cup of yogurt. Dinner – 1 large steak, salad, fruit.

Day 10:
Breakfast – 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cubes, 1 slice of toast. Lunch – 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of ham, salad. Dinner – boiled celery, 1 tomato, 1 fruit.

Day 11:
Breakfast – 1 cup of black coffee, 1 sugar cubes, 1 slice of toast. Lunch – 1 liter of juice, 1 cup of yogurt. Dinner – one boiled egg, 1 grated carrot, 1 box 0.8 oz (25 g) fresh cheese.

Day 12:
Breakfast – 1 large grated carrots with lemon. Lunch – 1 large piece of boiled fish with lemon and butter. Dinner – 1 large steak, salad, cooked celery
